Production Manager at Badgerland Exteriors & Solar

Badgerland Exteriors & Solar is adding a Production Manager to support our roofing and solar divisions. This role keeps projects on track through clear communication, detailed scheduling, accurate material orders, and consistent job site oversight. You'll work closely with our crews and leadership to ensure each project runs efficiently and meets our workmanship standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all post-contract signing tasks including scheduling, ordering materials, routing crews, and maintaining clear job files.
• Track current and upcoming projects to manage workload and maintain accurate timelines.
• Communicate daily with production teams, crew leads, and management to keep operations aligned.
• Visit job sites to monitor workmanship, safety, and productivity.
• Support crews with information, materials, and direction to help the day run smoothly.
• Maintain high standards for job site organization, installation quality, and project flow.
• Address obstacles proactively and adjust schedules when needed to keep projects moving.
• Typical seasonal schedule expectations: Busy season (March-November) 7am-5pm. Off season (December-February) more flexible scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to support and coordinate multiple crews at once
• Experience in roofing, construction, or exterior remodeling is helpful but not required
• Comfort working in the field and managing day-to-day project variables
• Ability to solve problems calmly and keep operations moving
• Attention to detail in scheduling, materials planning, and project documentation

Compensation:

• $60,000 base salary
• Monthly performance-based opportunities
• 401K
