About Us

Badgerland Exteriors & Solar was founded in 2010 with a simple goal: make contracting feel easier.

After years of installing roofs across the country, owner AJ Stoffels saw firsthand what homeowners found most frustrating about the roofing experience. It usually wasn't the roof. It was poor communication, unanswered questions, and feeling left in the dark throughout the project.

Today, we're proud to serve homeowners, property managers, condominium associations, and businesses throughout south central Wisconsin with residential and commercial roofing, storm damage restoration, insurance claim support, and solar panel installation.

Our team believes the best projects start long before installation day. We take time to understand each property, answer questions, and identify details that could affect the long-term performance of the roofing system. From planning and budgeting to installation and follow-up, our role is to help customers make informed decisions, communicate clearly along the way, and deliver a roof built to perform for years to come.
