WAUKESHA, Wis. — Iconica has been selected by Tukka Properties as the design-build partner for Lilyrose, a new 119-unit, 165,000-square-foot senior living community planned along Meadowbrook Drive in Waukesha. Lilyrose will offer a full continuum of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Enhanced Care.
