Last Development Site on Greeway Corridor Gets Green Light

The drivers in the 20,300 vehicles that travel Greenway Boulevard each day will soon notice an impressive new building taking shape in the neighborhood.  In April 2016, Kraemer Development will break ground on a 32,000 square-foot retail/office building at the corner of Greenway Blvd. and Deming Way.

When completed later this year, the two-story structure, designed with a warm brick and stone exterior with artistic architectural enhancements, will provide 9,800 square-feet of divisible retail space on the first floor, outdoor patio space, below-ground parking and an additional 9,850 square-feet of office space on the second floor.  The development is the last available site on the Greenway corridor.

The development is already living up to it's potential.  Jesse Schluter, President of Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate, representing Kraemer Development, announced that the entire second floor has already been leased to Robertson Plastic Surgery.  In addition, a portion of the first floor will be home to Studio 262 Salon and Zoup!.  Of the original 19,650 square-feet of leasable space, just 3,900 remains available--a status that Schluter expects to change soon.
