Wausau, WI — IncredibleBank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jenifer Zurfluh to Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer.

Jenifer joined IncredibleBank in 2010 and has held key leadership roles across credit, operations, and information technology. Today, she oversees the bank’s enterprise risk framework, including information security, business resilience, physical security, third-party risk management, compliance oversight, and mortgage and credit-related risk functions. Her leadership has strengthened the organization’s risk posture, supported operational resilience, and ensured alignment with regulatory expectations.

Jenifer has also played a central role in several high-impact initiatives, including Outlink, Acquisitions, Mission 60, and the bank’s corporate name change. With a banking career that began in 1993, she brings deep expertise in risk, operations, and credit, along with advanced training in enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and banking leadership.

Outside the bank, Jenifer has dedicated more than 15 years as an instructor with the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point Small Business Development Center, teaching in the Entrepreneurial Training Program and the Capital Readiness Program, with a focus on empowering women in business.
