I’m Mitch, and as a Personal Chef, I think it’s important that we get personal. I cook for real people, who live real lives. Busy people who want to eat balanced meals, but don’t have the time, energy or interest in preparing them after a long, hard day. If you’re a Wisconsin native, my name may ring a bell. In 1959, my parents Vern and Betty Maier opened the Dorf Haus German-American restaurant in Roxbury, Wisconsin (recently named one of the top 10 best German restaurants in the U.S.). After graduation, After 30 years in the culinary industry, I noticed a growing trend: people were becoming much busier, with less time to cook and enjoy family meals. So I decided to settle back in Wisconsin with my wife and children, and start, in 2003, Out Of The Kitchen Personal Chef & Catering Services . It’s now my mission to bring my passion and experience to your table by providing individuals and families with high-quality meals. I endeavor to save my clients time by delivering delicious dishes from my commercial kitchen to your home kitchen. I'm a member of the American Culinary Federation and the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA). I hold a ServSafe Food Production Management certification and am fully insured and licensed to do business in Wisconsin.
