As a vital member of the Consumer Lending team at One Community Bank in Oregon, Wisconsin, the Full Time Consumer Lending System Administrator plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing our mortgage and consumer loan origination systems (LOS). This position requires an in-depth understanding of consumer lending, allowing you to ensure the integrity, performance, and integration of essential systems like Encompass, nCino, LaserPro, and Fiserv DNA. You will be the subject matter expert responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and testing these systems while also conducting training sessions and providing technical support to internal users. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will develop workflows and recommend system enhancements to meet organizational needs and regulatory requirements. Your proactive approach will help maintain seamless data flow and system integrity, while your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will drive continuous improvements in our lending operations.
